agreed. It works perfectly with Windows7.
I run it that way.

 

according to corel, it does not run on windows 7.


but, i also am running corel x4 on windows 7. with NO ISSUES.


the only problem i have, is occasionally, it will really bog down, when i am working with a file that has hundreds of little vectors..

but i believe this is my machine, as i run on a laptop. as well as i understand vectors, its all math.. and i would guess that my laptop doesnt have the same math coprocessing power that a desktop has.


but yeah, windows 7, x4 all day every day.

i have it on 3 different versions.


i have it on my laptop running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with 4 gigs of ram

i have it on my daughters pc running windows 7 professional 32 bit with 3 gigs of ram.

i have it on my daughters acer netbook runing windows 7 home 32 bit.


all with no issues..


but let me tell you what.... it is slooooooooooow on that acer netbook with 1 gig of ram and that weak processor. lol..


i only put it on there, so we could still open files if need be, while on vacation. since i obviously cant open it on my touchpad

 

We had some problems early on with WIN 7 release and x4 but it seems to be doing well now. I would just make sure all current updates and if there is any known patches to make sure they are downloaded.
