WHAT'S THAT SOUND!?! (Video)

Attached is a short clip of a sound I have no ideas what it is or where it's coming from.
It sounds like it might be coming from the back of the machine but not positive.

Machine is a; SWF 15 needle et1501c

The sounds is only heard when I'm on needle 14 and the needle is about to start penetrating.
The sound is not heard again until it does a cut and starts back up on that same needle.
Once the design goes on to the next color (needle) the sound is gone.

The sound is at the very beginning and about 5 seconds of end of the clip

It's a give in that someone would need to be here to give me a better idea of the sound.

I would imagine uploading a video of the sound is a step above from telling this forum "it's making a buzzing/honking noise...."

Was just trying to get some opinions from experience.... Maybe others have had the issue, I wouldnt know unless I asked.

Calling a tech is not the issue. Just wanted to know if the sound was familiar to anyone.
