I tried to purchase t-shirts in the Spring and Summer. I now want to purchase sweatshirts. My go to vendor for years is Jiffy, however all spring, summer and now fall everything I want is "out of stock". Trust me, I'm not being that picky but can't anything in stock in various colors. Is there a better place that I can purchase blanks. I do not have a tax exempt number at this time. Michigan is a hard state to find the tax rules for a very small business. Would appreciate any help.

Worldwide shortage of garments due to Covid factory shutdowns. Jiffy uses Alphabroder and they sent their wholesalers this email last month:
"The latest information we are receiving from our manufacturer partners is that they do not anticipate any meaningful improvement with the ongoing supply chain issues until at least mid-2022. In addition, costs continue to increase on many levels as the global supply chain and labor market adjusts to keep things moving. We have received significant cost increases from multiple manufacturers over the past few weeks and several manufacturers are targeting early October to implement similar cost increases for their products."
All wholesalers are experiencing the same. Which specific sweatshirt are you looking for?

The entire supply chain has been disrupted because of covid and it will take another year or more to settle back down. Even if the shirts could be produced there is also a global shortage of containers.
