You are going in the wrong direction with your temp. Cut back to 300 degrees for 12 seconds. Use very heavy pressure. I would still wait for it to cool before peeling the film. This help with most powder/film combinations. However, there are many different powders and films and each has its own spec.

Canvas can sometimes hold a good amount of moisture - a 10 sec pre-press might help

 

Thanks. That did it. Upped my prepress time a bit then dropped temp and time. It peels right off now with no lifting.

The canvas bag must be pressed and heat pressed flat first, then heat press the film.
After repeated testing, the most suitable process for canvas bag transfer is:

165 degrees, 15 seconds, cold peeling

After peeling, heat press again (remember to put a film on it for protection when pressing again)
