Hi All.
I've just purchased a pre-loved Texjet Echo.
I have got as far as filling the inks , running some nozzle checks and cleans and then printed onto a white shirt.
The machine then threw up an error: 0x1512 on the top panel and 0020 on the lower panel.
The top message says: ERROR Turn the power off and on again. For details, see your documentation.

Was wondering if anyone can shed any light on the problem.

TIA

Hello Gazzat,

this could be from some sensors on the left side of the printer. You need to remove the left cover to have access to it.

Please fill the contact form in the link below, including in it the Serial number of the printer so we can forward it to our support team.

Please note that you might need someone to check the printer on site and therefore you will need support from our local distributor.

Thanks for getting back to me Polyprint.
Can you tell me which sensor it will relate to please. This printer has just been shipped to me and I suspect it may be a loose connection somewhere.
Many thanks
