ROQ, thanks for the reply! My printer did show up as supported Epson printers. In the SSC service Utility when opened under INK Monitor all the cartridges show 0% Under Configuration did allowed me to reset Waist Counter. Under Resetter I am not sure how to go about it,, under Port it shows Automatic and not sure what to put under Address.

 

i forgot how do it. it has been a long time ago, but find the port where you connected your printer usually in USB port just try any port until the program detect it.

I had issues like this on a R2880. Lights would come on for no reason and not work. I think one time it was saying there was a paper jam but no paper was in it. I unplugged it from the AC and let it sit there for a couple of days and plugged it back in and lights went away and ran till it did it again. Unplug , sit and fire back up.

Ok I did run the utility software and said the ink-pad is not near it's life yet...I have the printer unplugged now, will see in a cpl. of days if that helps or not.. Thanks guys!!
