Hi guys.
Been following the forums for a while but never got a chance to post. I have a question for you printing gurus out there
I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to print my labels.
Obviously I'll need separate screens for all sizes and for all possible shirt materials. I couldn't imagine that I had to print 12 different screens just to cover all possible label designs ( 4 sizes and 3 various materials that the shirts are made from )
All the sudden I come across this video showing that multiple labels can exist on the same screen:
screen printing tagless labels - a how to on relabeling American Apparel t-shirts - YouTube
Eureka !
Question: How many labels can co-exist on the same screen? What's the most efficient way to do this and how can I save on screen printed labels ?
Thanks in advance guys !
