hi-i am very very new to making tshirts--and i notice that a lot of videos will express to place the heat press on medium pressure and then to high pressure...but it never states How to do this. then it's been expressed that there isn't an actual "medium/high" pressure button....so my question is...how do you know when to use medium/high pressure on the heat press....and then how do you do it? thank you for your help in understanding
