This may be a stupid qeustion but I have to ask.

Can you heat press vinyl on koozies? or does it have to be screen print?

Also anyone know where I can get custom plastic mugs/cups?

 

Not a stupid question OttaPlace! We use vinyl all the time on koozies. We use a vinyl called EcoFilm. Great vinyl as you can peel the backing film off when its hot. Use a temperature of 285 degrees for 15 seconds and then you can press again for another 5 seconds (after taking off the backing film) with teflon. This vinyl never peels off or cracks like silkscreened ink can. Available at Imprintables.

Cans are 58 cents ea; water bottles are 98 cents ea; and zippered long necks are $1.48 ea.

I had a client ask for 750 of the foldable can coolers and I cant find them for under $.050 about is there anywhere that you guys know of? Costal they are $.075 and up.
