There should be an edit link under the Image Tools menu that will allow you to edit the listing details.

If it doesn't show up for you, please contact me off board and I can help you get it changed.

As far as a limit to the number of t-shirts you can upload: You should see a "Your Stats" area at the top of the "Upload" page that tells you how much space you have left for uploads to the gallery.
