I don't that kind of presses, but I have left mine on for hours & hours at a time with no problems, I would think you would be fine, it either heats or don't, now if your outside and the wind is blowing you may have to turn it up a bit.

 

I agree... weather conditions will play with your temps and thus may affect your decoration if it is not hot enough and you go to peel. Obviously if it is indoors you dont have that issue.

One thing to also consider... Electric... Are they providing you a line... will it have enough juice to handle your machine? Or are you doing the generator thing... and make sure its powerful enough.

Our presses have been left on for hours at a time. I think it has a 1-2 hour no use cut-off... just in case we leave it on over night or something in error. But as long as we make a press every hour or 2, we're good all day long.

There should be no problem leaving the heat press on continuously. We leave our test machines on for 8-10 hours.

 

I want to take heat press to a flea market, set up a booth. But because it takes some time to heat up, I'm sure I can't just cut it on and start pressing. Would anyone advise against running the press for 4+ hours at a time?


I used to do Flea Markets and the Manager used to jump and down and screem when I plugged a heat press into his circuit. He said it cost him to much $$ for his customers to use a press. So check with
them b4 setting up. FYI.
