my EZ RIP SOFTWARE will not work.the trial version that i had was working,but when i received my disk and dongle with the full version and installed it i try to print a test page and every time i hit the print button it say ( print error ) CAN ANY BODY HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE?

Sounds like you don't have the usb selected to the right printer. In the rip go to queue then manage queues and make sure you select Epson 2200. This will allow the rip to communicate with the printer.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH.that was the problem,it's working now.I spoke with someone at the company on Friday,they said it was an easy fix by they wouldn't tell me how to fix it.instead they wanted remote access to my pc.Once again i thank you very much ( LAZOGRAPHICS )for solving this problem for me.
