Only if made with low melt adhesive... around 90°C.
These balloons are made with sealing films, and too much heat will simply bond the balloon layers together.
Yes, I tried! DTF printing works well on mylar balloons, but you have to be careful. I pressed it at around 275°F, 10-12 seconds, low pressure. I removed it when it cooled down, it stuck better. I'd say start with a small test 👍
