Data transmission issue

Hi,

Today, our 932NDS stoped from firing ink. The printheads carriage is moving like normal but nothing is coming out of the printheads and nozzle test looks strange. It looks like data transmission completely stopped all of a sudden!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

my first thought would be to check the encoder strips and clean them, then do a full system restart and try again.

Thx, can I use some IPA on the lint free or dry only?

use a damp cloth, but i have heard and used windex myself with good results, but to be safe use a damp lint free cloth.

It almost looks like your data boards or one of the print heads are failing. You may want to power down the system, unplug all but one of the colors and print a nozzle test. By checking each color by itself, you can rule out the print heads, or the data boards.
