Clothing design help

hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone can help. I am looking for a software that I can, Example use a photo of a model and change her clothing, make the model pregnant, change the style of the clothing she is wearing. As i want to beable to use my same models for different clothing designs over again, is there such a software?:)

I don't know of any free trials though.

TukaCad has a software suite that fashion students can rent very reasonably if that helps. It was $50/mth last time I checked with a three month minimum. One of theirs has a program that does this, maybe not quite to the extent as Virtual Model though.
