Please let us know if any of the items you purchased from us are cracking or have chipped coating - we would be more than happy to credit you for those items if you can send us some photos. Most of our products do NOT have this issue, so I apologize that you've had so many problems with these products.

 

The last set of 50 license plates had 8 that were already cracked from you guys. I called this morning and sent pics to the rep. They are such nice quality items. I hope they get the coating cracking issue resolved. I want to start gettin all of the cases I do in the switch grip case but this issue has stopped me in my tracks as I sell 1000s if cases and don't want this cracking issue to hurt my reputation.

 

We've found that if you use too much pressure or heat then the cracking/peeling problems are worsened, and more so with cut Chromaluxe compared to the large full sheet material.
(This is from experience of buying from 2 different UK suppliers.)

 

I have had this problem as well. My stuff comes from Conde though. Did an ornament the other day and had to throw it away! So aggravating. I use the temp and pressure they say to use, I wonder why this is happening????

 

Yeah I got my dog tags from Conde and every single one cracked. Two of the cracked when I touched them and layed them in the press. It was very disappointing especially since those products are more expensive and supposed to be great. Maybe that's why they don't put plastic sheeting on them cause when you would pull it off the coating would come off in the little pieces lol
