I have a customer that wants 65 Carhartt Rain Defender pullover hoodies. I typically get my HTV from Stahls but have no clue which one will work. I've heard and lot of horror stories of vinyl and screen printing not lasting on these hoodies

Sounds like they have some sort of coating. Have you reached out to Carhartt? They should know better than anyone.
