What constitutes "dark" garments (for use with 3g Opaque)

I ordered a bunch of JPSS already, but want to pick up some 3G Opaque as I've read it's for use with dark garments.

Few questions:

1. What happens when if you were to use JPSS on a dark garment?

2. What is a "dark" garment? Anything that isn't white? Does gray count as dark? Hot pink? Light blue?

3. Is there no 13x19 version of 3G Opaque? Have an Epson 7610 so unfortunately it can't do rolls, so the 24" roll isn't an option.

Since the background is clear and the inks are translucent it won't show up well, the darker the shirt the worse it looks.

Generally speaking gray, hot pinks, and light blue are considered "light colors".

You can use JPSS on light colors but the colors will mix and there is a background "window" starting from the paper perimeter in the unprinted areas, so you have to trim the image or print and fill within a solid shape.

I marked up above for your questions.
