I have tried to transfer on 100% cotton thick canvas tote bags and it seems to scorch them no matter what I do. Time is supposed to be 375º for 25 seconds on my image clip paper, I have to put a teflon pillow or sponge in the bag to level out the fabric and when I get a successful transfer it leaves a scorch mark where the press touched the bag. are there some better tote bags with a different material that are better for transferring that don't scorch?
these are nice quality tote bags they just scorch under the press.
Is there a certain cotton poly blend that works better?
