Sorry for double post - Do you charge for customer's online store?

I couldn't delete my previous post, I'm not selling printing services. Just a question about services other shops offer.

We use inksoft, and the webstores feature. I really like the ability to set up fundraisers and stores for individual schools and businesses.

These can take some time to setup depending on their needs, and I'm wondering, does anyone charge their customer a fee to use this features?

For example, a small fee to set up a webstore where the booster club sells football shirts for the season.

Anyone charging for webstores?

I don't offer web stores but I would charge for the initial set-up because what if they never order much from you and because of that you don't receive anything for your time spent setting up the store? I once spent a lot of time giving special pricing and answering lots of questions for an individual who was setting up a web store for a local division of a well known national group. The web site never took off and the group only ordered about five items total. Lesson learned for me.
