hi. depends. are you making any profit from the sales on the back end? it could benefit you to set it up for them and get a cut of each sale in the long run with a contract much more than initial setup...

 

We let them set the prices they want to charge above what we charge. But we don't charge to actually use the store.

I'm curious if others charge to simply set the store up for the customer to use above and beyond what they're charging for the shirts.

 

I don't offer web stores but I would charge for the initial set-up because what if they never order much from you and because of that you don't receive anything for your time spent setting up the store? I once spent a lot of time giving special pricing and answering lots of questions for an individual who was setting up a web store for a local division of a well known national group. The web site never took off and the group only ordered about five items total. Lesson learned for me.
