Small hole in the print on black t-shirt

Hi there,

I got a question about the white print on black t-shirt with the Neo :

When we print the white on dark/black t-shirt, the white have some small hole. We can see the t-shirt through the white.

- We try 1440x1440 white in 100% underbase
- We did cleaning and power cleaning
- We are pressing the shirt at 5 out of 9 on the press for the pretreatment

I don't know what to do to get rid of the small imperfection in the white.

Except that does print looks good? First print?

Yes the print look good.

After curing the print is not so good. Look like it's have crack on the print.

The 5 is the pressure on the press.

For curing the print we use a hover press for the first pass and low pressure for the second pass.

For the pretreat we use the Viper preatreat set to 40 (18 grams) We mix 25% water 75% pretreat.

Should we add more preateat to the t-shirt?

I think pressure should be higher. Try not to add water. Let us know.

We solve our problem.

We change the Viper setting to have more pretreatment.

We also use a foam brush before curing the pretreatment. We now have better print quality!
