New Era does not sell "Blanks" for other companies to embroidery on themselves. To get your own logo on a New Era cap you have to have a custom hat made by them. It is a 72 pcs minimum order per design. So if you want the front and the back done then it is a 144 pcs minimum. That is only for your initial order. Once they have you design on file then your minimum is 30pcs. I am not sure how you would contact them about getting this done if you do not already have an account with them. I suppose that you could contact your local rep. They have also just announced that they will be selling blank to Lids/Hatworld with the stipulation that they not embroidery on them. The catch is that they sell them for $27.99, so it isn't the most economical choice. If anyone has any questions you can email me. jason.mcintyre@headznthreadz.com
