I have a problem. I bought a Polyprint Texjet Plus Advanced 3 months ago. After more than 2000 prints, 3 days ago one of the white channels (the one next to the black) disappeared. It's totally lost.
I checked the printhead with syringe and cleaning liquid, all 8 of the nozzles are open.
Today I exchanged the damper (white-white) and after power cleaning, the white channel was lost again. Not a single nozzle in the nozzle check. I re-opened the damper holder and saw the other 2 dampers next to the problematic had grey colors instead of white. (please see the picture).
Anyway I changed them too and after power cleaning I have 7 perfect channels and 1 lost white channel.
I have no idea why the white dampers turned to grey, the technician told me he has no idea either. I checked the possibility of leak but didn't see any.
The technician will visit us in 4-5 days so your help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
