Need help with Tajima Neo needles sticking

Hello helpful forum members :)

I have been having trouble with my Neo of late. I have been having problems when changing needles. The needles don't want to come out...like they are stick in. I loosen the screw (like I have always done) and usually they will just drop out... not anymore.

Is this a sign that I have something getting ready to break? If so, let me know what so I can have the part here or so I can go on and change it.

Yesterday I had so much trouble that I broke the need trying to get it out, and I loosened the screw up so much it came out so that can't be it!

HELP!!!!!

One thing I would try is when you have the needle out blow some compressed air into the hole where the needle goes. Also have you switched to a different brand of needle? I had an issue a few years ago with a brand of needle that was very hard to in and out. I can't remember which brand it was...

Having trouble getting the needles out is NOT and indication that something is going to break on your machine. It is likely just some build up in side the hole.
