Melco EMT 10T Missed Head up

My Melco EMT 10T stopped in the middle of a design today with a alarm sound and the screen read: Missed Head Up.
We were able to shut it down, go to head up, do a power fail rescue and continue the design, but it did it again. We tried a hard reset, but it did it again after that.
What is going wrong? Is it a power supply problem? Motherboard? Any ideas?
HELP.
