Scam, at first I thought maybe a listing error, but a bunch of red flags point to scam. Not the least of which is just the cost to ship, and no tracking number will be given 30-40day delivery, and no real feedback. Yeah, and if they're new, there is no way even without shipping.

 

It's a scam...
The new eBay Managed Payments system releases the money when one of the following happens:
a) Positive feedback is received.
b) The tracking shows as delivered
c) 30 days have passed.
This last point is why they are asking you to wait 40 days.

 

With every new system comes new ways to cheat. Always going to be those people looking for a way.
