Looks like it is so important for you to find who did it, i can help by telling you the specs of this shirt, if incase you did not find the manufacturer of it then you can articulate it to anyother manufacturer to create the same quality.

Hiclol's attached model is:

1. 100% Cotton
2. Super-Combed, Compact

"Hiclol claimed it organic it can be any variety of good quality extra long staple cotton, Egyptian or Su-Pima"

3. It is made up in Slub-Knitting-Yarn.
4. Possible Yarn count seem to be NE/46-48.
5. Post finishing seems to be (G-2) Sand & Silicon washed.

6. Size & Style is simple & well detailed through there size chart i believe it wont be the problem to make those for you.

Thank you so much! I'll start doing some research now. You don't happen to know any brands/labels of shirts that fit that criteria even a little bit do you?

1.If you meant a criteria of style that is popsicles scoop neck croptop which we re using here as an example then no it is custom made style can be created exclusively for any brand by any manufacturer.

2. If you meant fabric specifications then yes, in ready made brands American Apparel carries some good quality slub tees in poly cotton blends not 100% cotton.
suppose in condition of custom making any reputable manufacturer can use that for your customized designs.
