Epson 7010 printer not printing with Chroma Cotton and Subliultra ink cartridges?

Can anyone help me? i just purchased a new epson 7010 it came with chroma cotton and subliultra cartridges. can't seem to get the ink to the print head. any ideas? also can the chroma cotton transfer to 100 per. cotton?

Did you every get it to work? I saw this system and was thinking of purchasing it and was waiting to see how it worked to using both inks. I keep checking on the seller items and I only see them selling the chroma cotton now and nothing about the subliultra cartridges. I even asked the selling how this worked to see if wanted to purchase it and the response on got was it is on the disk. So I did not purchase it and wanted to find out if someone else got it to work right.
