You installed the plotter in greatcut??and the gcc support is in London (fespa london)

 

It shows up when I select output. The screen pops up and when I press output at the bottom, nothing happens

 

Do You make it in CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator?

It must be vector format .

 

Do you choose the right port

 

I create it in Corel. Copy and paste into Great Cut..do contour...jog marks..delete original..hit output...the printer Puma111 60 shows up..I select output and nothing happens. The little icon in the lower right hand side of my computer (plot manager) says the job is there..but nothing is happening

 

Sounds like a driver setting or connection problem. Are you sure the driver is set to the same port where the cutter is connected?

 

Could you give us more information about your computer. Is it windows xp, windows 7, or windows 8.
You have switch to common usb mode when using windows 7.

Are you using usb connection? If so have you selected the Puma III usb port from greatcuts. (When you select the PUMA III to cut, you can edit the options to choose the PUMA III usb port. This port only shows up if you have the cutter installed properly).

Usually you can tell if your plotter is connected when you click read material. Also if you are using usb connection, try not to have any other printers connected to the computer or simply turn them off while cutting.

 

If you can run a test run is there no connection problem....

Please check your connection port

 

Wow! You have no idea how you have helped me! No where could I find to shut off the other printers! Would I be better off to not use the USB port or better yet have a computer that is only for use with the cutter?

I was able to cut by shutting off my other printers! Thank-you! Thank-you! Thank-you!

 

Happened to me once when I was demonstrating the cutter. I think not all printers conflict with it. But just safer to turn them all off. I have my printers all connect via a usb hub. This way i can turn off the hub when I cut samples.
