i'm looking for great screen printers who i can get a quote from online that are not too expensive , i've looked at both BoldScreenPrinting and ThreadBird but they are adding too many additional costs because i have separate locations on the shirt that needs printing .

Think of it this way. Every location you add is another production run entirely. It's new screens and another trip through the curing over. In terms of time printing a shirt with two locations is double the time of a one location shirt. Three location? Triple, four quadruple, etc..
Check your local screen printers first, but if you're reselling the shirts look for a wholesale printer that can print on your shirts.

I agree with Patrick.
There's artwork, film, screens, ink, registering for each location.....time, utilities, employees, reclaiming screens, etc .
Screenprinting is a for profit business, not a non profit and we have lots of costs involved in creating your work.
