From the print menu...
a) Make sure you have the correct size paper selected (ie A4), and
b) click on print preview to check everything looks OK before printing.

Is the actual paper A4 or is it "US letter" size?

Yes, I've seen the print settings screenshot, and this is why I'm asking if the actual physical sheet is also A4 size.
Looks like you are printing A4 size on a US Letter size sheet, which is wider.

 

oh, yes its the actual A4 size. This error is making me use up A4 sublimation paper, which is not cheap.

 

Has anyone figured this out? I just recently started using my Epson f170 & I am also experiencing the image not being centered on the page. I have checked & my printer is showing the correct paper size, but it is cutting off my images

That's the opposite problem... as when printing US letter size on an A4 sheet.
The A4 is smaller so the image will not fit.

This error is making me use up A4 sublimation paper, which is not cheap.

I missed this one, but hopefully you've figured it out by now,
Obviously using sublimation paper to test this is not the way to do it.
Use plain copy paper, and print just a thin outline of a rectangle, until you find what you do wrong.
This way you are not wasting expensive paper, and you are minimizing the use of ink as well.

 

I had the same problem. I was able to resolve it by deleting the printer from my computer and downloading the drivers directly from Epson.
