If you have a tumble dryer that works well and I put them in for 40 mins and have had no problems. You can also use a heat gun but that will be time consuming but you use your heat gun to flash dry your coats of ink... hopefully that helps a little

You would let it air dry first. Then it won't run.

But using the dryer is the least desirable cure method. A dryer really does not get hot enough to fully cure. You'll have some fading over time. If you use the heat gun, which can get as hot as 900 degrees, you won't need the dryer at all.

You can air dry on a rack or hanger then use the heat press or dryer method. Most water based systems also have a catalyst that can be added which allows the ink to air cure over 48 hours, no heat needed. But in the end save your profits and get a forced air flash or conveyor dryer as soon as possible. If you are pricing your prints correctly you should have no problem building that kind of capital quickly.

Yes but you need to get to full temp. How to Cure Permaset Aqua <---- diffrent curing temps and time. A cloth dryer is regulated at 145F and most have a safety limit at 222F plus or minus a few degrees between brands and models.
