Generally speaking the inks that clog more are actually better inks. More pigment and more binder=more clogs.
Ink system maintenance is based on the ink used, not on what the printer manufacturer recommends for the standard ink.

I wipe the nozzle plate after around x number of prints (depends on the humidity), and flush all the colors every week. I used to do it every 2 weeks and I was getting some clogs, but with the weekly schedule it is now a rare occurrence.

I agree however in my case with The T-Jet 2 it wasnt even getting through 1 print before clogging ... I had fitted a new printhead, carts, pipes and capping station

I ended up having to stop using it after a day,
It clogged my printhead on every pass. On watching it closely you could see the white cloud up onto the head causing the clogging. It improved slightly by turning off the fan, but still clogged after a couple of prints.

Both Resolute and Image armor were very helpful, but it ended with me going back to DuPont,

The issue I think is more to do with the old Tech with my Fast T-jet2 and epson head.

Ive gone gone over to using using a Brother GT-381 and as soon as my inks are depleted hope to try the new B-series Image armor inks ...

Well Im about to swap over the inks ...
I still need to know drying times with a heat gun for shoes ? anyone
Also has anyone had success with printing to dark poly, ive read on Resolute and IA website that it is possible, but when you read their instructions it looks like its hit and miss ?

Have you printed to canvas shoes with it ? I dry currently using a heat gun for 3 mins per panel, had no issues at all with durability, watchability etc with DuPont ... the last thing I need is to swap over and then have issues with complaints :/

Ok, Im about ready to swap over ...

The only last thing thats worrying me, is how well it will print to canvas shoes ie converse, I do a fair few using Dupont curing them for 3 minutes ... Does anyone have any advice using Image armor ?

I think i need to maybe at least try it my machine doesnt have WIMS ...
where is good in the uk to buy new ink tubes/pipes ?

also I need some spare blood bags lol Resolute no longer offer bagged inks, i much prefare them less clogging
