Printhead is too closed. Shirt is not even. Planten is not even. Table need readjust. Damper chance is slim. Best wish. I hope all NeoFamily are enjoy long holidays.

Have you fixed your problem yet?

After checking all the above suggestions, if still not working check the ribbon connections at the printhead. Make sure they look good.

 

Printhead get lowered after so many back and forth action millions time could be the reason also. Check the play by hand. Up and down way.

after a busy soccer games weekend and a 4th of July celebration
we remove and clean all the dampers then prime and assembly the print head and is working as good as always now
