Black ink smudging when printed on white

I saw a similar post but not certain if it answered my specific problem/ I am new to using plastisol and doing screening beyond hobby level.

What's going on in image 3? When I let the white print cool to about 110 degrees, the black prints nicely, but I can't wait that long for each print.

Do I need to make a new white screen that knocks out the black areas? I was hoping to avoid that tight reg work since I am new to printing in multiple colors. Thanks for the help! Spencer

No one has an idea why this might be happening with all the experience in this group? <img src="http://www.t-shirtforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" class="inlineimg" />
Mate, you only joined and posted a few hours ago, and it's the weekend too. Don't expect people to go out of their way just to answer your questions. It's not as if anyone is being paid for their advice.
