Me and my associate tried placing a order twice with the company and both times the shirts did not come so we think that the site might not be legit. So does anyone know if this "company" has a phone number? If so I will appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance.

That's way too broad a statement. With their low threshold for free shipping, using them can be cheaper than even the lowest cost wholesaler who charges for shipping and even Broder themselves. You just have to shop and compare carefully.
