Default Contact with customers on Zazzle?

Hey everyone, anyone know if Zazzle or any other of the T-Shirt Fulfillment services allow you contact with the customers that buy your shirts? Curious because if otherwise there is no way to let your customer base know should you try and start your own site.

Thanks
