Default Hydrochromatic Ink or the like

I'm looking for some sort of ink that changes color, or becomes transparent when it gets wet. It could be a dye that activates in ink, or a type of ink that is opaque and very water soluble that will wash away and reveal an underneath color once it's in water. Something with fast shipping and low quantities available.

As a note, this doesn't have to be some industrial ink that is bought through a supplier. It could be some crafts thing I can get at Hobby Lobby or Michael's. If all was exactly like I wanted it, my plan would be to wear a white shirt, I fall into water and the special ink dissolves or becomes transparent to show what's underneath. Alternatively, the ink would be white and activate in water to become the color I need it to be.

If anyone has any clue, or and ideas that is in this ballpark, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks
