Rutland 032
WB BASE WB BASE 630.50
WB6367 PS SCARLET 88.86
WB9068 PS WHITE 77.59
WB4246 PS YELLOW 3.05
Totals: 800.00

6-8% agent and I also add 5% penetrate to help with the saturation, and 5% lubricant to help keep the ink wet in screen. I print WBD threw a 150S thin thread smart mesh. using a 65/90/65, or 70's depending on artwork.

The main key to the sauce is having a gas dryer, and curing at 320 F for 3 min, to achieve a fully discharged garment.

Rutlands WB kit, has never let me down

I use straight CCI Rubine Red pigment for most red jobs I do. I might add a little black to darken it if needed. 15% pigment mix.

One thing I've found to be critical with red discharge is to use as little activator as possible. ZFS activator attacks red pigments like crazy. I only use 3% with reds and often double-cure.

We use Union Ink's maxopaque Tru Red with Union plasticharge additive. Mix it 50/50 by weight and add no more than 5% powder. It's the only red discharge we've found that doesn't fade to orange when washed.
