Default Constant Ink Out Light

I hope someone still uses one of these machines...

My VelociJet will print one pass and show an ink out error (solid light 2), I clear it the normal way, it runs the next pass, it comes back on.

I have restarted the computer and program. Unplugged the machine from the wall. Changed out the chip on the yellow cart. Not sure what else I can do.

Any help would be appreciated.
