Question EZ Rip Darker images

I have a Velocity Jet roughly 3 years old (Love IT), and originally we moved our PSD files to EZ Artist then over to EZ rip to print. About 6 months ago the good folks at Equipment Zone (Love those Guys) showed me a better, faster, easier way to print by importing direct into EZ Rip. The colors were richer, but somewhat darker than we experienced before. It truly was not always a bad thing, other than the fact that in some cases the images are too dark. I also had a situation today where a local watercolor artist had me print an image of a Long fin Cadillac that was baby blue with lighter shading of a lighter blue. For some reason EZ Rip (little over achiever) decided that this should be teal green. Now a fore mentioned artist (High Strung) is pouting and the Owner of said Caddy is literally in tears (Grown Man crying over T Shirt). Anyone no of a secret setting in EZ Rip to appease the perhaps unappeasable?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions other than a moment with Dr. Phil.

Hi Kyle,

Please give our Support Department a call on Monday and one of the techs will be happy to help work it out.
