Hi Gareth,
I hope all is well with you, long time no speak.

There are a few differences between the two models but essentially they are the same in many ways. The R-Jets 5 chassis was developed with multiple processes in mind, we can switch print bars for different printing requirements that cannot be done using the 4's configuration. The print quality is the same mechanically as the 4 but it does use the new Resolute RIP which has some extra features including the in-line printing mode we launched at Fespa London 2013.
Obviously I cannot go into to much detail here in view of self promotion. I can give you a call on Monday to go through the differences, let me know if that's ok.

Regards

Colin
