Zoning Requirments??

Has anyone ever had a problem with starting a business out of their home manufacturing T-shirts???

Im going to be filing for a LLC and Tax forums this upcoming week and want to get prepared as much as possible before I start the process.

Is there any advice on what I should do. Is LLC the best thing I should go for?? any other info I should do to so i can manufacture and sell shirts leagally?

As for the zoning for a home based business, check with you local government - township, city. They are the only ones who have the information you need on that. Where I am at they do not allow signs, retail traffic or that more than 15% of the home is used for the business. Other than that they are pretty easy going, but watch out if you have a lot of deliveries, your neighbors could complain.
