Hello, I currently have a Hp z6100ps 42".

I have been trying to find suitable transparency to positives with for T-shirt printing and large format poster prints. Finally after a month of waiting and face palming, a Rep put me onto this:

ARMCF - Instant Dry Screen Print Positive Clear Film | Image Products.

We purchased a 36" roll and it arrived today...

The printer does not sense the films edge and therefore I can not load the media to even test print. I'm guessing the HP stuff has a white strip?

Does anyone have experience with this printer and printing positives?

I actually tricked it into loading by putting masking tape on either on both L+W and I was able to print an image. It came out with lots of lines though it and its not very dense black...

Is there some software to make it print thick?

Ok, thank you all for your input and quick replies.

I found that if I change all the values of cymk to 100% it will block light well.

C=100% Y=100% M=100% K=100% = Thick coverage!
