Hi Guys. After long time of reading forum, I decided to own DTG printer. It is Resolute R-Jet i3. I never had before DTG printer, and I found some difficulty.

1. I got i3 with RIP on orange pendrive.
With first run, RIP ask to install printer, I have listed: eDAmini, eDAmini R2, Resolute 4, Resolute 5, Resolute 2xCMYK, Resolute i3, Resolute i3 CMYK. I can only install eDAmini and eDAmini R2, because when I try to install any resolute printer I am getting error that file can not be located. In RIP I can't find size of my t-shirt box ( I have two double boxes)

2. I am inserting box into printer till first beep and press silver button on the top of cover. The box is going inside only by 5-10cm.

3. When I insert photo to print and press print, the printhead is goin from left to right 2 times, stop moving and I can see red ligh on paper icon (document and bin).

I would like to ask if somebody can help me a bit with printer?
Previous owner told me that he can't remember ... I also contacted Resolute UK (I am from UK), but they reply that can't do a training for me, because i3 model is discontinued.

I got CADLink (orange pendrive) with printer.

I haven't been on training, because I bought it from abroad.
I contacted Resolute but they don't have manual for this model and they are no longer provide training for i3

So the printer is not new.

It seems quite strange that you bought a UK printer from abroad and then brought the printer back to the UK?

Hi,

Our engineer will need to log into your PC remotely to install the software. There is a charge for this of £65 + vat. They will install the software & drivers to allow you to print but there is no further support or training offered as this machine has been discontinued.

It seems quite strange that you bought a UK printer from abroad and then brought the printer back to the UK?

Not that strange, I brought my first DTG machine back to the uk from Malta
