We are trying to print a list of names on the back of a white shirt. The ink color is navy. I am printing it and it looks nice, the only problem is that there are yellow dots around the letters of some of the names. We are doing this on a melco jet direct to garment printer.

Thanks,

From our Support Department:

What is the original file type? Have you checked the original artwork for "artifacts" or any stray pixels? If this was a JPG file and of fairly low quality this could be the results of artifacts or the like. Try using a higher resolution of the image or vector text if possible to eliminate this as a cause.

Thank you so much. We changed the file type, from a jpeg to a vectorized file and then I got no yellow dots.

Thanks
