Hi!

So, I am ready for review :)

The site has been started, redesigned, updated, functionally updated, optimized for google adwords and first customer received t-shirts from www.alltshirts4you.com

Now I am looking to improve the site and enlarge the designs number - tell me, that I should to add or improve for now?
(P.S. Any vendor propsitions are welcome [via PM]).

I would remove the opening paragraph (or reword it). Customers don't care about you "generating traffic".

Saying that you've opened for a "second" time gives a bit of a negative connotation like you might not have a stable business.

The products look great, I would suggest adding more t-shirt categories/images to the main page in the area where it says 'rock t-shirts'

I agree with Rodney. Instead of saying you are "re-opening", you can say that the site has been recently re-designed, and more t-shirt designs have been added (or something along those lines). This phrase in particular: "And because we’re committed to this business for the long term..." is a huge turn off. It makes it seem like you don't really know what you are doing.

You only have 1 catagory, with 1171 t-shirts in it. Holy cow! Although you do have sub-catagories, you should just go ahead and make all your sub-catagories "real" catagories, maybe with an alphabetical list of band names on the front page. For example, you have 35 Led Zepplin t-shirts. That is plenty for a real catagory.

Why, oh why, do you have a cute little girl on your header? Your t-shirts are obviously all about the rock n' roll lifestyle. Cute little girls will not be buying your shirts! Please make a header that is a little more in tune with your products. It's just too weird the way it is.

Go through your site and look for typos and grammar mistakes. I have already found quite a few that need to be fixed. Also, your poll on the right side of the screen has the question, "Have you found t-shirt 4 you at alltshirt4you.com?" which doesn't make any sense at all. If you don't have a good idea for a poll, then just don't put one up.

Sorry if I am being harsh, I figure if you are asking for a review you want honest opinons. :)

who makes those Led Zepplin Shirts anyway ?

off-topic:::
...remember that seen in the Song Remains the Same Movie when Zep's manager was backstage in the dressing room talking about t-shirts...??? :D
I agree with what Rodney and Jasonda said.

It is only for start - now I am ready to publish Solgan, movie and funny t-shirts (some sub categories).

About "35 Led Zepplin t-shirts..." - due to my statistics, I see, that subcategories should to have 10+ t-shirts for selling - there is no sells in subcategories with 1-5 t-shirts even for target customers :(
So, from 200+ categories, no I have google adwords only for 50 of them and place high bids only for 10-15 of them - now I am looking for new rock t-shirts vendors.

Rock t-hsirts - it is only the start. Soon I'll add slogan, funny and movie t-shirts at site.
The story about this girl was amusing - the first variant of logo was:

I asked designed to place more sensetive and tender girl.
So, I got - http://www.alltshirts4you.com

Thank you for review - it is better to know about mistakes ;)
About grammar mistakes - yes, I am not English native speaker (sorry for my English in this forum too), but I try to send all big texts to proofreader.

Sounds like your designer was annoyed with you for some reason.

For whatever reason your catagories are the way they are, you have got to change it. It just makes no sense the way it is now. If you buy a bunch of adwords but people don't buy anything when they get to your site because it's confusing and hard to navigate, it's money down the drain.

The first girl picture is a much better fit for your site, however, I think I have seen that girl (and her t-shirt) on another t-shirt site. I may be mistaken, but if that IS the case, advise your designer not to copy pics from other sites. There are plenty of royalty-free stock photo websites out there that they can use instead.

Since you are still in testing mode, let us know when your site is done! :) Thanks.
I'd say, get the customer to your designs faster. Why don't you start with a simple page that just shows big fat thumbnails of your designs? The little girl with the dissolving squares is a bit of a non sequiter. I'd lose the "grand re-opening" text. Just get the designs on the front page (though, I'm a bit of a hypocrite saying that, as I don't always keep my designs up on my homepage).

If you only have one category, I'd dispense with that kind of thing.
i find that when you have a lot of items it's hard to list them all where users can be 1 click away.

so what i have done with a few sites i manage is use the MSN or Google search box on the sites so that the user simply keys in the the shirt they are looking for.

But of course these items/shirts need to be on webpages, for this a category site map pages with links helps users find what they are looking for.

Also, a script-based roll down menu category zoom on every page helps.

Good luck, its a big job. :D

No, I have about 0.5-1 order per day.

I have asked designed about license of these pics - the answer was, everything is ok. If you know the source of this little girl image, please, send me a private message, I'll contact the designer to fix it.

Thank you.

Yes, I have done similar thing - I have fixed the search box - now it is possible to search not only items but also categories. Rather suitable for customer I think.
For example - there is no "John Lennon" string in t-shirts' descriptions, but in categories:

Thank you - script menu is rather helpful, really.

Me too. I don't remember where though, so I don't know if that's a problem or not.

Well, you are building what may turn out to be the webs largest selection of printed t-shirts etc.. This is a big job.

I would start working on zonning for re-sellers and also include the option for Actual Street Location Retail stores to offer your t-shirts to their clients on a "Special Order" basis.

The only problem I see is the shipping/delivery time to remain competetive.

However, if you could get the Product Licenses to make Stock Transfers so that re-sellers in different regions/zones could simple make the shirts on demand (fast delivery to consumer buyers), you would rule the market. :D
I think you don't need animation on the site header with that girl. At least you can have it for a few seconds to attract attention to the site name and then it should stop. Now when you don't look at it and try to read, it distracts and (to be honest) annoys.

As a rule animation is used to draw attention to most important parts of the site, though on your site it's in a place that doesn't have much contextual importance.

I suspect though that it's not your fault. Probably your web designer told you that it's a good idea, to upsell you.
Also, seeing that little innocent girl over your rock/goth tshirts.... is a little random. Not a good idea.

Now I work with partner fron NY - most of t-shirts from the site can be shipped in 2 days. But such work with retails is integesting idea.
