I have a 2-head barudan that have worked ok until now.The two heads give the same result, the red thread shows above the yellow. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

You could make the yellow a little thicker in that area. It will cover the red. The better option is to pull the red in on the sew file to it doesn't pop out. The problem is push/pull on the red.
