wrong printing on DTG Viper

hi. my viper do wrong printing
any one know what is the problem ?> my design is black but it print some blue or yellow shadow on it

i clean it but the problem continued...

Try reducing the width of the image and print a smaller version of it and see if it does the same thing.

I am not sure if I understand whether a less wide print did the same thing. If a narrower version of the print did not do the same thing it lends me to believe it could be encoder issue. I have a HM1 so not sure if the viper has the same little gears the encoder strip rides on but if it does clean the teeth of the gears out with like a dental tool. Ink gets all gunked up in there and cause the encoder strip not to function correctly.

i fix it. the problem was with the head cable. i change them and now the viper work probebly
