Hello,

Does anyone have a good source for example legal documents that could be used as a template/base for a licensing contract?

I have an opportunity to work with a company/product whom is willing to license their material to me, so I am in need of a written agreement in order to begin printing for them. I think a simple agreement should suffice due to the nature of our deal, but I would like to see some examples that other people have used just to see how in depth I need to go.
